  6. Refund Policy

    From time to time there may be an error with your donation or that your circumstances may change after a donation has been made.  If a refund or an adjustment to the amount donated is required, a request must be made within 60 days of the date of the donation to us using the methods and details below.

    Upon receipt of your request, the Foundation will assess the reasons and basis for the request.  Potential reasons include where:

    1. an error has been made by the Foundation while processing the payment of the donation or during the course of the donor making the donation;
    2. an error has been made by the donor when selecting the amount to donate;
    3. there is financial difficulty; or
    4. there is fraud.

    However, no refund will be available where there has been a 'change of mind'.  Please consider your decision carefully before donating. 

    Should the request for refund be accepted, the refund will be made via the original donation payment method. The original tax invoice will subsequently become void and a new one will be issued in its place.
